Services for Adults

In-Person CST

Experience the full presence of hands-on CranioSacral work in my peaceful North Glendale office. Through gentle touch on your head, spine, and sacrum, I'll help your body release deep-held tension and find its natural rhythm. Sessions are 60-90 minutes in a calm, private space designed for your comfort and healing. This is where the physical and energetic body meet—ideal if you're drawn to the grounding power of therapeutic touch.

Remote CST

CranioSacral therapy transcends the treatment table. In remote sessions, you'll be guided from wherever you feel most comfortable—your bed, your couch, a quiet room. Through breathwork, body awareness, and energetic holding, we'll create the same nervous system shifts and releases you'd experience in person. Perfect if you're far from Glendale, have mobility challenges, or simply prefer the ease of healing at home.

CranioSacral therapy is remarkably gentle and effective for infants, children, and teens. Whether addressing birth trauma, developmental challenges, anxiety, sleep issues, or supporting overall nervous system regulation, CST meets your child exactly where they are. Sessions are shorter and adapted to their comfort level—some children are most at ease on a parent's lap, others prefer the table. I work with patience and playfulness, creating a safe space where even the youngest bodies can release tension and find balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on bodywork that works with your craniosacral system—the membranes and fluid surrounding your brain and spinal cord. Using light touch (about the weight of a nickel), I listen to your body's natural rhythms and help release restrictions in fascia, bones, and tissue. This calms your nervous system and creates space for your body to heal itself. It's subtle work with profound effects.

  • You'll lie fully clothed on a massage table while I use gentle holds on your head, spine, sacrum, and other areas. Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes. Many people experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, or emotional release. Some fall asleep. Others feel energy moving or old tensions unwinding. Every session is different because I'm following what your body needs in that moment.

  • I know it sounds strange, but remote sessions can be just as powerful as in-person work—sometimes even more so. CST isn't just about physical touch; it's about working with your energy body and nervous system. During remote sessions, you're at home in a comfortable space while I hold energetic space and guide you through breathwork and body awareness. Clients consistently report similar (or deeper) experiences compared to table work.

  • It depends on what you're working with and how your body responds. Some people feel significant shifts after one session. Others benefit from a series of 3-6 sessions to address chronic patterns or trauma. We'll check in regularly about what feels right for you. There's no pressure or prescribed protocol—we move at your body's pace.

  • CST is extremely gentle and safe for most people, including children, pregnant people, and those with chronic conditions. However, it's not recommended if you have acute bleeding, aneurysm, recent skull fracture, or other acute intracranial conditions. If you have any medical concerns, we can discuss them before your first session to make sure CST is appropriate for you.
