She continued training with for another 3 years and did a 1 year teaching apprenticeship with Dr. Wish as well. From 2015-2016 Erin also studied the CST techniques of Dynamic Body Balancing and Myofascial Unwinding with a special focus on pregnant people, children, and infants with Dr. Carol Phillips. Additionally Erin is a certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Practitioner and a certified yoga instructor (200hr). She has completed additional yoga teacher trainings with Tari Prinster of Yoga4Cancer(y4c) and Ana Forest of Forest Yoga. In 2018, Erin began successfully leading her own CranioSacral and healing trainings combining her passion for teaching and her vast knowledge and experience of CST, and energy work. Erin is an intuitive healer, bodyworker and guide. With compassion and focus she is able to tap into the natural rhythms of the body and assist them into deep harmony with one another. Erin has a passion for helping her clients align body, mind and spirt and release tension and trauma through gentle touch, connection to breath, imagery and dialoguing. She brings a light hearted and nurturing approach to her healing work. She believes that healing is about finding deeper levels of love and freedom for oneself and others. Erin has a masters degree in public policy and has worked for humanitarian and women's rights organizations.
